Produce GIS products using ArcGIS Desktop applications and extensions.
Maintain ArcGIS server and database.
Duties and Responsibilities
Creates, populates and maintains geodatabases, layers, tables and links within an ArcSDE/Oracle enterprise environment.
Implement defined data structures across GIS data sets.
Performs survey work in the field including as-built location or verification of utilities and features using survey-grade GPS equipment and software to collect and download digital data.
Creates maps, and performs routine geospatial analysis and queries for GIS applications and assists others by providing GIS data, products and services.
Performs client interface functions.
Maintains the GIS server and database infrastructure and licensing for desktop and mobile applications.
Maintain intranet GIS Applications
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in geography, cartography, planning, computer science, or closely related field with emphases in GIS preferred with a minimum of 1year experience.
Associates Degree in related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
In lieu of formal education, a minimum of 7 years of experience may be substituted.
Proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS 10.x, Adobe Flash, and Microsoft Software Suites
Knowledge of raster analysis utilizing ESRI Spatial and 3D Analyst extensions
Experience with Python, HTML, Javascript, SQL, and CSS programming
Experience with Microsoft Server ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
