Contract Management Analyst

DutiesThe incumbent will receive contractual assignments consistent up to their FAC-COR Level III certification, including assignment to new and existing acquisitions with medium to high complexity, medium to high dollar value ranging from typically routine and low risk to frequent and high risk.
Contracts include a unique portfolio that support the development and execution of law enforcement training, executive leadership development, and professional development.
It is expected in the execution of these duties and responsibilities, the incumbent will rely on their own office specific subject matter expertise.
Understands the contract agreement's schedule of performance standards and metrics, deliveries, completion dates, invoice due dates, option renewal dates and other reports or data submission dates.
Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for administering contracts supporting mission-oriented Federal Protective Service (FPS) programs.
Executes Contracting Officer Representative (COR) management duties and responsibilities in accordance with FPS delegated responsibilities as stipulated in the COR Appointment Letter and serves as a COR on one or more contracts.
Duties serving as a COR are to administer contracts covering one or more vendors, within a multi-state region; coordinates with Directorate officials and supervisory staff, various headquarters divisions, and designated law enforcement subject-matter expert(s).

QualificationsQualifications required:
A minimum of a COR Level III certification is required, Program Manager Certification is preferred, not required.
This position may be designated as essential personnel.
Essential personnel must be able to serve during continuity of operation events without regard to declarations of unscheduled leave or government closures due to weather, protests, and acts of terrorism or lack of funding.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
